We very much enjoy providing custom products for our customers and do our best to keep most colors and products in stock. If we do not have all of the items you request in stock or are creating a custom order for you, our processing will take between 15-20 business days. If it will take longer, we will contact you. We will NOT charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.
We are proud to offer a rope conditioning and refinishing service. Your rope will be expertly washed, hand conditioned, burnished and the ends will be either re-whipped, taped, or knotted (as you had originally ordered them). Learn more about how to have your rope reconditioned here .
Our shipping time is between 4-7 business days (not including holidays and weekends) after your order has been placed. If you are requesting an end finishing other than an overhand knot on your rope, please add an additional day of service prior to shipping. Please note that during Christmas and Valentines seasons, package carriers are busier which may result in delays.
If you would like your purchases to arrive on a certain day, please consider expedited shipping to guarantee your delivery on time.
International shipments take longer due to homeland security and customs clearance, international shipping methods, and transfers. Global Express Mail can take from 5-12 days depending on your location.
At this time we do not have a storefront and are unable to accommodate walk in customers. If you are local to Los Angeles, you can purchase selected colors and styles of our Synthetic, Japanese, and Romanian hemp at The Pleasure Chest on Santa Monica Blvd. All hemp available in stores comes with a sailmakers whipping end finishing.
